Your company needs space. Space that adapts to your needs. The Southern Kranhaus gives you this space as the building adapts to you: any individual design and furnishing wish can be considered.

The total area of the building amounts to a GFA of approx. 19,100 sq m and is spread out over 16 floors. The ground floor can be used as a shop, restaurant or office space. Floors 0 to 9 form the so-called die of the Kranhaus building. The (crane) boom follows on top with five additional floors. All storeys offer flexible room layouts, which can be adapted to the leaser's wishes and thus provide scope for development.

Right at the water, perfectly sheltered:

Comprehensive flood protection measures secure the Southern Kranhaus' functionality even when water levels are extremely high. Mobile stop-log systems, which are anchored in the guide rails of the ground floor entrances, seal the building against high water pressure.

Stress-free arrival, easy parking:

The Southern Kranhaus offers direct access to Europe's largest underground parking. With enough parking spaces to ensure a stress-free arrival.
